By inviting DexBot (DexBot#1718, user ID 1320138351126515713) to a Discord Server, or by using its features, you agree to DexBot's Terms of Service, as listed below.

Acceptable Usage

You may not, under any circumstances, use DexBot if what you are doing:

* Breaks Discord's Terms of Service
* Interferes with the operation of DexBot
* Hurts the reputation or image of DexBot, Discord, or the Pokémon Company
* Makes public private or confidential information

Affiliation

DexBot is not affiliated with Discord Inc. or the Pokémon Company in any way.

Liability

We reserve the right to update these Terms, and our Privacy Policy at any time, at our own discretion.
